NUT-COOKIES

The cake tin for the fantastic nut-cookies has finally arrived! This invention makes it very easy to prepare the cookies and allows for multiple options! Here comes the first cookie attempt:

***recipe***
250 g of flour
½ packet of margarine
1 egg yolk
½ spoon of baking soda
½ spoon of vinegar
1 spoon of sugar
2 spoons of sour cream
salt
*****
Mix all the ingredients, knead the dough and voila! it is ready. Fill in the tin with small portions and bake for ca. 5 minutes. Before putting each new portion in the tin I try to grease it a little bit. The amount of ingredients quoted above made for 45 cookies.

The filling that I found with the recipe (blancmange, butter and nuts) does not work for me, so I will kindly omit it. What I do instead is prepare the kind of filling I used with złotej tarty [link], with the only difference being that the nuts are ground more finely and there are more nuts than caramel.
Putting some Nutella inside is another simple and reliable way to make it quick and sweet!

Here you will find not the sweet but the more sophisticated version with blue cheese, nuts and a bit of butter.

Bon appétit!
